We are experienced in providing independent, expert assistance ranging from desktop studies to turnkey UXO Risk Management solutions.
At corporate level TRLtd can objectively define UXO risks and also develop Strategic UXO Risk Management Plans (SUMP) that incorporate all the elements required to initiate, manage and monitor a UXO programme. A SUMP will include, but is not limited to, the following components:
- Development of corporate UXO Risk Management policy documentation.
- Financial estimates.
- Contracting strategy.
- Resource leveled scheduling.
- UXO Contractor procedures.
- QA/QC Policy and procedures.
- Management of residual risk policy document.
Company capabilities include dealing with stockpile munitions and Abandoned Explosive Ordnance (AXO) which are often discovered in post conflict areas.
TRLtd can implement and manage the SUMP on the client’s behalf throughout the life cycle of the project. This functional service can include both the technical management and independent QA/QC of UXO operations.
