Beer Head & Caravan Park

Our drones initially conducted a series of overflights of the caravan site in order to obtain some aerial images and video clips for promotional purposes.
We managed to obtain some excellent shots and footage during the pandemic lockdown and also grabbed some useful clips of the coves and beaches
Solar Farm Inspection
A small solar farm serving a rural industrial complex was showing signs of reduced output.
Our drone conducted a technical inspection using specialists, FLIR thermal imaging camera that is a great solution for identifying thermal anomalies and therefore maximising energy production.
Faulty solar cells operate at an irregular temperature (too hot or too cold) to that of correctly functioning cells, meaning we easily pinpointed the location of faulty cells.
Because this was a relatively small panel array, were were able to physically mark the faulty cells and also were able to provide this information on a georeferenced map.
Our aerial thermal imaging surveys can detect and accurately locate faulty cells, string-errors, organic debris, defective diodes and PID faults on solar farm installations
Land survey - Digital Elevation Model
A farmer was concerned about the validity of his plans to improve drainage because of the visually indiscernible change in elevation on the land.
Effective drainage was critical to the intended land use.
Because high accuracy was required for this task we deployed our P4 RTK aircraft and the D RTK 2 ground base station in order to make a highly accurate surface model of the land.
The Digital Elevation Model (DEM we produced the same day for the client proved that his plans were valid and that runoff water would flow away from occupied buildings.
